About the Role
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven candidates for a Sales Executive role. Freshers with a BE/BTech background are welcome to apply. Candidates should have positive communication skills and fluency in either Tamil or Kannada.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100+ outbound and cold calls daily to potential customers.
Introduce products/services and understand customer requirements.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and support sales closures.
Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in the CRM.
Work towards daily, monthly,
and revenue targets.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required.
BE/BTech graduates or candidates with an engineering background are preferred.
Fluency in either Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to make outbound calls and work in a target-driven workplace.
Confidence in handling customer queries and learning sales techniques.
