SalonMart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Beauty Advisor/Consultants with an interest in beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and professional salon products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Explain product benefits, usage, and features effectively.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
Stay updated on product knowledge, recent launches, and promotional offers.
Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications




Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or salon products is preferred.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Good selling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Presentable, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the beauty industry may also apply.

Salary

Market-competitive salary based on experience, plus incentives as per company policy.
