Job Responsibilities:
Acquire gold loan customers through field visits and doorstep services.
Evaluate gold ornaments and verify customers’ KYC documents.
Process and ensure timely loan disbursement.
Generate leads through existing customers and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and grievance resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales or Gold Valuation.
Prior experience in NBFCs or financial services will be an advantage.
Positive communication and sales skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork, doorstep customer visits and gold evaluation.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
