This is a field-first role. You'll own a territory or segment from start to finish, from finding prospects and building relationships to closing deals and seeing customers through onboarding. It's B2B sales with real ownership.
What you'll do
Own your territory or segment: Build and manage a pipeline across your assigned area.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, digital platforms, and other sources and meet owners/directors.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Sell consultatively, negotiate, and close: Share value proposition, handle pricing, answer objections, and close deals.
Hand over smoothly: Work with our Customer Success team so every recent customer gets started well.
Submit daily field visit reports and update customer details in the company system.
Hit your targets: Meet monthly and quarterly goals and keep your pipeline updated in our system.
Share what you hear:
Bring market feedback and competitor insights to the product and leadership teams.
What we're looking for
1.5 to 3 years in B2B field sales and customer acquisition
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field sales.
Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Solid communication and consultative selling skills
Comfortable negotiating and driven by targets
Fluent in English and Tamil. Hindi will be an added advantage.
Based in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Madurai.
