Responsible for overseeing and executing all interior finishing activities to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion. The role involves coordination with various stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to deliver top-quality finishes in line with project standards.

Key Responsibilities _

Supervise and execute all finishing works, including Civil finishes and interior works,and façade interfaces.
Review finishing drawings and specifications to ensure execution as per design intent.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams for smooth interfacing.
Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Prepare snag lists and ensure rectification within the stipulated time.
Verify subcontractor bills related to finishing works.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
