JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert walk-in enquiries into sales.
Verify product details, tag attributes, and values in JBS and the web store.
Explain estimation, facilitate billing, collect payments.
Maintain accurate opening and closing stock records and ensure protected stock movement between the locker and counter.
Ensure proper product display, counter cleanliness, stock accuracy, and prevention of jewellery and tag damage.
Handle customer returns, coordinate redelivery, and follow up within the specified timeline.
Maintain adequate complimentary items and communicate replenishment requirements to the Manager.
Support other counter teams, promote scheme plans, encourage customer reviews, and build robust customer relationships to improve sales.
Coordinate with and train the immediate reportee (AJC) on all job responsibilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
