Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data interpretation, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Required Technical Skills:
Solid hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and data extraction.
Expertise in Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX,



and data visualization.
Solid ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and generate actionable business insights.
Experience in KPI tracking, MIS reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
