Job Description: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing business contracts and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and business growth.
Conduct market research to understand client requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand the company's business.
Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and commercial agreements.
Develop business plans and growth strategies for assigned accounts.
Support the implementation of business development plans and strategies.
Manage business deals, commercial operations, and related activities.
Monitor contract execution and ensure effective implementation of agreed terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify prospects to improve business performance and deliver actionable solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications




Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
Proven ability to identify business opportunities and provide practical, result-oriented solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
