Assistant Service Representative (ASR) – Work From Office
Location: Mohali District, Punjab
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls and respond appropriately.
Provide driver support for maintenance and call-related issues.
Track driver locations and monitor their schedules.
Track, trace, and observe driver logs for compliance and accuracy.
Manage maintenance schedules and assist with planning.
Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of loads.
Provide timely updates to customers or brokers.
Requirements:
1 year of experience and knowledge of the Reefer (refrigerated transportation) industry.
Bachelor's degree (Required).
Flexible to work in any shift (Evening, Night, Rotational, US Shift).
Solid communication skills in English and Punjabi (Required).
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Mohali district,
Punjab before starting work.
