HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery industry client based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in jewellery sales, strong customer-handling skills, and a valuable understanding of jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
Ensure a positive and professional customer buying experience.
Support the team in achieving overall store sales targets.
Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, and products.
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory.
Prior experience in jewellery retail sales will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-handling and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
