About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales / BDE to generate leads, connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and qualify prospects.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
Prepare quotations/proposals and assist in deal closure.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build solid relationships with prospects and customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, BDE, Telecalling, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes.
B2B / IT / SaaS / Digital Services experience will be an advantage.
