Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting skilled professionals for manufacturing positions.
Screening Resumes: Evaluating resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Preparing and conducting interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Managing the Selection Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
Skills Required
: Solid communication skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
