Job Description – HR Manager

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the company.
Manage and supervise employees, ensuring productivity, performance, and accountability.
Handle client relationships, business coordination, and client follow-ups.
Oversee recruitment operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Monitor company finances, payment collections, and operational expenses.
Supervise employee visa processing, ticket arrangements, and related documentation.
Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Identify operational improvements and ensure the company meets its business objectives.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or company management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.




Ability to manage overall business operations independently and take responsibility for company performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities.
Good organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management systems.

Preferred: Experience in a recruitment firm, particularly in UAE recruitment operations.

Ideal Candidate: A responsible and results-driven skilled with robust managerial authority, capable of independently overseeing company operations, managing employees, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
