ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related technical field.
Candidates with experience in quality inspection or vehicle/machine inspection will be preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Perform pre-delivery inspections of finished products, vehicles, or machinery as per company standards.
Inspect products for physical damage, defects, and quality issues.
Verify product specifications, dimensions, and functionality.
Prepare and maintain PDI checklists and inspection reports.
Identify and report defects to the quality and production teams.
Ensure all products meet quality standards before final dispatch.
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments.
Maintain proper inspection records and documentation.
Follow company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain records.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical drawings.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
