Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Proven experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Retail Sales, or Franchise Development.
Experience in D2C, Automobile, Electronics, Hardware, Consumer Products, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong understanding of retail operations, channel management, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Strong business development and sales orientation.
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.




Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel for market visits, partner meetings, and business development activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
