Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com) or equivalent qualified accounting credential (such as ACCA, CA Inter, or CMA Inter).
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in an accounting or finance department
Software Proficiency: Robust command over enterprise and accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP FICO, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation)
Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of core accounting principles (GAAP/local standards) and basic statutory / tax regulations.
