Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in installation and configuration of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Support users with email, internet, and application-related queries.
Maintain IT inventory and update asset records.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), hardware, and networking.
Good communication in English
