Job Summary:
Tour Package Sales
Promote international tour packages.
Understand customer requirements, budget, destination and travel dates.
Prepare quotations, itineraries and customized travel proposals.
Explain package inclusions, exclusions, hotel categories, sightseeing and transport.
Sales Conversion and Negotiation
Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Negotiate pricing and package options within company guidelines.
Upsell additional services such as sightseeing, transfers, insurance and activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport operators and tour operators.
Obtain rates, availability, promotional offers and group quotations.
Ensure competitive pricing and suitable travel arrangements for clients.
Customer Service and Booking Coordination
Maintain regular communication with customers before and after booking.
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for booking confirmations.
Assist with payment follow-ups,



documentation and travel-related queries.
Handle complaints professionally and support customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and CRM Management
Maintain daily sales reports and lead trackers.
Update customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and booking status in the CRM.
Monitor conversion ratios, revenue and pending payments.
Submit sales performance reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Ability to prepare quotations and tour itineraries.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and CRM tools.
Target-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
Positive relationship management and problem-solving skills
