Job Description –Sr. Electrical Engineer

Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Industry: Life sciences, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Data centers.

Location: Offsite (Bangalore), Remote/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven expertise in electrical systems design, including lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security systems.
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IBC, and client-specific requirements.
Perform and review design calculations, energy code compliance assessments, and system performance modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows, with experience leading model integration and clash detection.




Advanced proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for system analysis, cost modeling, and performance optimization.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to lead client discussions, present technical concepts, and coordinate across disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning and quality assurance.

Tool Skills
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).
