Job Responsibilities
Communicate with shop owners and business owners to explain SetGo's features, advantages, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with merchants.
Convince shop owners to register their businesses on the SetGo platform.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales and listing targets.
Monthly Targets
Sales Target: ₹1,00,000 in closed sales.
Listing Target: 50 business listings.
The employee must achieve either ₹1,00,000 in sales or 50 listings, whichever is higher in terms of target achievement.
Incentive Structure
On achieving the target: 15% incentive on the closing amount exceeding ₹1,00,000.
If the target is not achieved: Salary will be calculated at 20% of the total closing amount generated during the month.
