Primary Teacher – Job Description

Position: Primary Teacher
Department: Academics
Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students.
Teach subjects according to the school curriculum and academic plan.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials.
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to improve student learning.
Assess students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
Monitor students’ progress and provide additional support where required.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Develop students’ communication, critical thinking, and social skills.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress, behaviour, and academic development.
Participate in staff meetings, school events, training programs, and other academic activities.




Coordinate with fellow teachers and management to support students’ overall development.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject/discipline.
B.Ed / D.El.Ed or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
Previous experience teaching primary grades is preferred.
Valuable English communication and classroom management skills.
Solid subject knowledge and teaching ability.
Patient, responsible, and student-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools is preferred.

Salary: As per experience, skills, and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
