Key Responsibilities Clinical Care
Examine, assess, and manage patients admitted to the hospital under the guidance of consultants.
Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical care and stabilization.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and report significant changes to consultants.
Perform routine ward rounds and ensure continuity of patient care.
Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols and consultant instructions.
Assist in medical procedures and bedside interventions whenever required.

Emergency & Critical Care
Handle medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, trauma, poisoning, respiratory distress, and other critical conditions.
Participate in Code Blue and emergency response teams.
Ensure prompt escalation of critical cases to specialists and consultants.

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and updated patient records, progress notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries.
Complete medico-legal documentation as per hospital policies.
Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines, infection control protocols,



and patient safety standards.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, and other support departments for seamless patient care.
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans and progress under consultant supervision.
Ensure smooth handover of patients during shift changes.

Quality & Patient Safety
Adhere to hospital clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Report adverse events, incidents, and near misses as per hospital policy.

Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure availability of emergency drugs and equipment in assigned areas.
Support hospital accreditation and compliance activities.
Assist management during health camps, community programs, and outreach activities when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
