Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Maintain regular recruitment reports and updates.
Requirements
Any Degree / MBA – HR preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
