Job Title: Non IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, primarily in non-IT hiring.

Location- Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Handle hiring for Sales, Business Development, PR, Digital Marketing, Content, Social Media, Communications, and Client Servicing roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and ensure timely position closures.
Meet monthly recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.




Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process to ensure successful joining.

Qualification & Skills
Experience hiring for PR companies , digital marketings companies, communications companies, or similar business environments.
Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
