Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Bodyshop Advisor to manage accident and insurance repair cases, coordinate vehicle inspections, prepare repair estimates, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. The candidate will act as a link between customers, insurance companies, technicians, and the bodyshop team.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs, denting, painting, and other bodywork.
Inspect vehicles and identify visible damages and repair requirements.
Prepare repair estimates, job cards, and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for vehicle inspections and claim processing.
Assist customers with insurance documentation and claim formalities.
Follow up with technicians, denters, painters, and spare parts teams to ensure timely repairs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status, cost, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate final vehicle inspection and ensure quality standards before delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints,



and service-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates, insurance claims, and vehicle deliveries.
Achieve customer satisfaction and bodyshop revenue targets.

Required Skills
Knowledge of automobile bodyshop operations, denting, painting, and accident repairs.
Understanding of motor insurance claims and surveyor coordination.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of job cards, repair estimates, and workshop processes.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or dealership DMS.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Relevant experience in an automobile dealership bodyshop will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
