Job Summary
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products or services and respond to customer enquiries.
Follow up with customers and generate potential business leads.
Maintain customer details and update daily calling records.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
