Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly.
Handle guest reservations and seating arrangements.
Assist guests with their queries and requirements.
Coordinate with the Service and Operations teams.
Handle guest feedback politely and professionally.
Assist VIP guests and during special events.
Ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English.
Pleasant personality, confidence and proper grooming.
Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Versatile to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
