Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and supervise bar staff.
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain liquor inventory, stock records, and daily consumption reports.
Maintain all statutory registers and records as per applicable excise regulations.
Monitor daily liquor consumption, sales, and stock reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing and legal requirements.
Manage bar billing, cost control, and beverage quality.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements:
Experience in bar operations and hospitality management.
Knowledge of liquor inventory, daily consumption, and statutory registers.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
