We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow our sales operations. Candidates with experience in Electronics or Construction-related fields are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
Track market trends, competitor activities,
and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Management / Sales.
Experience in Electronics, Construction, Distribution, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship and team management skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to handle sales operations independently.
Willingness to travel for client and market visits when required.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
