Client Relations & Project Coordinator | Part time
Handle client calls, emails and project follow-ups.
Discuss project budgets and payment terms with management’s guidance.
Follow up on advances, pending payments and final collections.
Coordinate project files, client feedback and deliveries with the VFX team.
Coordinate invoices and GST documents with the accountant.
Give a brief daily update, with an assistant supporting Excel tracking.
