Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on budget, need, authority, and timeline to determine if they fit the Ideal Customer Profile
Appointment Setting: Book initial discovery calls, product demos, or meetings for account executives.
CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate records of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Pipeline Reporting: Track daily/weekly outreach metrics, conversion rates, and quota progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine target lists and messaging strategies.
