D2C Dispatch Captain — Recent Fulfillment Center Launch
About the role
We’re hiring a Dispatch Captain to support dispatch operations at a newly launching fulfillment center. You’ll help establish reliable pickup routines, coordinate with courier partners, and make sure the team follows explicit handover and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
Set up daily pickup coordination with assigned courier partners.
Help document dispatch, handover, and escalation procedures.
Monitor initial dispatch performance and report operational gaps.
Coordinate readiness between warehouse teams and courier pickups.
Recommend practical process improvements as volume grows.
Requirements
Experience in logistics, dispatch, or fulfillment operations.
Organized approach to building routines and maintaining records.
Comfortable working in a changing, early-stage operation.
Pay: ₹24,002.00 - ₹25,003.00 per month
