Make outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates.
Explain job opportunities and delivery partner requirements.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process.
Answer candidate queries and provide necessary information.
Maintain daily call records and update recruitment status.
Job Requirements:
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Tamil communication is required.
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
