Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into potential business prospects.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
