Hope AI is looking for a driven and result-oriented qualified to strengthen our business development team and drive learner enrollments!

Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 2–3 Years
Preferred: EdTech industry experience

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Management & Enrollment Conversion: Manage the complete enrollment process, from lead follow-ups and learner engagement to converting prospective learners into enrollments. (Edtech Industry experienced Candidates preferred)
Sales Strategy Development: Frame and implement effective business development strategies to improve lead conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.
Enrollment Performance Monitoring: Track lead status, follow-up effectiveness, conversion rates, and enrollment performance to identify areas for improvement.
Learner Engagement: Understand prospective learners’ career goals, explain relevant training programs, address queries, and communicate the value of the programs effectively.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase enrollments,



expand the learner base, and improve revenue generation.
Sales Process Optimization: Identify gaps in the enrollment funnel and implement structured follow-up processes to improve conversion efficiency.
Target Planning & Reporting: Set enrollment targets, monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and share progress and improvement plans with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in sales and business development.
Proven experience in lead management, follow-ups, and converting leads into enrollments.
Robust strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in team handling, target allocation, and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
Robust ownership, leadership, and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
