Hindiko Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development, generate leads, and build robust client relationships in the industrial and automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, market research, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote the company's industrial products, services, and automation solutions.
Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales,



manufacturing, or automation will be preferred.
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and sales reporting.
Ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
Performance-based incentives may be offered as per company policy.
