Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales and business development for our Furniture & Modular Furniture products in the Raipur region. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through field visits, references, networking, and market activities.
Visit customers, builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture/modular solutions.
Generate and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with the design, production,



and installation teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, follow-ups, and sales records.
Handle customer queries and provide proper post-sales support.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior, Modular Kitchen, Building Materials, or Field Sales preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer-handling and convincing ability.
Must be comfortable with field sales and regular local travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication is an advantage.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
