Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily plastic injection molding production activities.
Monitor machine operations, cycle time, and production targets.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, scrap, and wastage.
Handle manpower allocation and shift management.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Maintain production reports, rejection records, and shift handover reports.
Ensure 5S, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
Troubleshoot basic molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, and warpages.
Required Skills
Knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and processes.
Understanding of production planning and quality standards.
Manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and production documentation.
