Job Responsibilities
Site supervision: Directing daily construction activities and overseeing workforce and contractor productivity.
Technical setting out: Translating blueprints and engineering drawings into exact physical layouts and measurements on-site.
Quality assurance: Inspecting building materials and completed segments to confirm they meet structural and regulatory standards.
Safety compliance: Enforcing strict health and safety procedures to reduce in office hazards and accidents.
Material management:
Tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and preventing the wastage of raw materials.
Progress reporting: Documenting daily logs and updating project stakeholders on work milestones or delays.
Requirements
Btech Degree in Civil Engineering.
1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should hail from Trivandrum
Communication: Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including laborers, vendors, and clients.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
