Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Technical Engineer to support the development and integration of AI-driven solutions under the 1CX AI initiative. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, API integration, and AI/ML technologies, with exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud-based AI services.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and integration of AI-driven solutions.
Build and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), automation workflows, and AI-enabled engineering accelerators.
Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications and engineering toolchains.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement and operationalize AI solutions.
Support the development, testing,
and deployment of AI-based applications.
Contribute to automation initiatives and engineering process improvements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Python programming and API integration.
Experience with AI/ML technologies and integration.
Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or AWS AI services.
Understanding of DevOps practices and enterprise engineering settings.
Robust problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
