Job Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Executive to meet clients, understand their commercial property requirements, coordinate with businesses and property owners, onboard suitable properties, and support successful property deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners.




Arrange site visits and coordinate property showings.
Source commercial properties and assist with onboarding.
Follow up with clients and owners to progress property transactions.
Coordinate negotiations and assist in closing property deals.
Maintain client records and share regular updates with the team.

Requirements
Any degree is acceptable.
0.6–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Kannada and English language skills preferred.
Ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
