Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates to discuss job openings and check their availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
Assist with job postings on recruitment portals.
Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
HSC (12th Pass), undergraduate, and graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Interest in recruitment and human resources.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
