Customer Care Officer (CCO) – DishTV

We are looking for a Customer Care Officer for a DishTV Direct Service Centre.

Responsibilities:
Call customers and handle service requests.
Assign tickets to technicians and coordinate with them.
Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
Take service confirmation from customers.
Handle day-to-day office and service centre-related work.
Maintain basic records/MIS.
Work towards maintaining required KPIs.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with experience in DTH, Telecom, Customer Service or Service Centre operations will be preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience. Performance-based incentives will also be provided.
