Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and responsible School Principal to lead our school, manage academic activities, supervise teachers, and ensure a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and school administration skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall administration and daily operations of the school.
Supervise teachers and ensure effective teaching and learning practices.
Monitor students’ academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
Plan and implement academic calendars, examinations, and school activities.
Conduct regular staff meetings, teacher observations, and performance reviews.
Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and management.
Ensure compliance with school policies, academic standards, and safety guidelines.
Support teacher recruitment, training, and professional development.




Handle parent concerns and resolve academic or administrative issues.
Maintain school records, reports, and other essential documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
Previous experience as a School Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Coordinator.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of school administration, curriculum planning, and academic management.
Ability to motivate teachers and maintain a disciplined, student-friendly environment.
