Key Responsibilities
3D Modeling & 2D Drafting: Create precise and detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for liquid packaging machinery, components, and assemblies using Solid Edge and Autodesk Inventor.
Product Development: Conceptualize and design new machinery layouts and modify existing designs to meet client specifications and improve operational efficiency.
BOM Generation: Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for designed components and coordinate with the purchase and production departments for material procurement.
Design Optimization: Analyze engineering data to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and performance of packaging machines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production and assembly teams to resolve any design-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date design records, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures for the engineering department.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Education: B.E.
/ B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Software Proficiency: Strong, hands-on command over Solid Edge and Autodesk Inventor is mandatory.
Industry Experience: Preferred background in designing Liquid Packaging Machinery (e.g., liquid filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, or complete bottling lines).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, tolerances, and contemporary manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
