We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our Honda sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining Honda car models and features, generating sales leads, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their car purchase requirements.
Explain Honda car models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
Generate leads through walk-ins, telecalling, referrals, and digital enquiries.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Explain vehicle financing, insurance, exchange, and registration procedures.
Negotiate with customers and support them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper sales records.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.




Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain robust customer relationships.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 1–3 years of automobile sales experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Communication: Positive communication and convincing skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Driving Licence: Valid four-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹21,100.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
