Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company details address customer queries.
Maintain call records, customer databases, and daily MIS reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
Positive listening and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Robust follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
