Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented Store Manager to manage our MINISO retail store at AU Family Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle sales targets, billing, cash management, and daily reporting.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
Supervise and coordinate with store staff.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
Monitor sales performance and help improve store profitability.
Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail store management is preferred.
Positive communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Ability to manage staff and achieve sales targets.
Candidates with experience in lifestyle, fashion, gifts, or specialty retail will be preferred.
