Fulfillment of all service standards as per HSO Exploit market potential for workshop, parts & accessories.
Productivity & efficiency improvement
Improve customer satisfaction CSI
Setting goals for entire service area in cooperation with the management.
Regular observing of customer & competition
Behavior as well as of the quality of own consulting, delivery & Workshop services.
Drawing up clearly defined service strategies.
Staff assignment planning & recruitment, employee training, optimization of the payments/ bonus system.

Skills Requirements:
Positive people management skills
High process orientation
Read write & speak English
Positive technical knowledge

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
