We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and online research.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients with confidence and clarity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, HR, and support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Maintain client data, activities, and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales (experience in IT Services, Recruitment, or Laptop Services preferred).
Solid communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience dealing with corporate clients, SMEs, or educational institutions.
Knowledge of the local market and client base is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
